DETERMINATION

Having reviewed the evidence provided, the Utah Antidiscrimination and Labor Division (the

"Division", under the authority established in the Utah Antidiscrimination Act, Utah Code §8 34A-5-101 to 112 (the "Act"), issues the following Determination and Order as to the merits of the subject charge.

IV. CONCLUSION

Charging Party failed to establish his prima facie case of retaliation. The facts in the record, viewed in their entirety, indicate there is NO REASONABLE CAUSE to believe Respondent discriminated against Charging Party. This concludes the Division's informal investigative adjudication procedure.

ORDER

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the adjudicative proceedings of the Division are completed, and the charge of discrimination is dismissed.
